We have recruited our PhysTEC Learning Assistants for the Fall, 2016, semester.
Come see us again next semester.
The NCSU PhysTEC program seeks to encourage future scientists and engineers to become prepared to teach. We hope that some will consider teaching physics in high school.
- Learn about how to teach physics.
- Receive a stipend for the semester.
- Build your interpersonal skills and your resume’.
Requirements
- 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Must have completed PY 205/208 or PY 201/202
- Must co-enroll in PY 299 Intro to Physics Teaching (1 hr credit) which meets Tuesdays, 5-6 PM
